Head Of Student Recruitment

Core Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage the student recruitment team to achieve enrollment targets for both local and international students. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract prospective students, leveraging digital and physical marketing channels. Plan and oversee student recruitment activities, such as education fairs, school visits, open days, and international outreach events. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including education agents, schools, embassies, and prospective students. Conduct physical marketing activities such as attending education fairs, visiting schools, and hosting recruitment events to promote the university's programs. Collaborate with the Corporate Communication & Branding department to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials for recruitment purposes. Monitor recruitment data and market trends to adjust strategies and meet enrollment goals. Oversee visa application processes and ensure compliance with international student regulations. Manage recruitment budgets and resources efficiently. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on recruitment performance and market insights.Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as directed by the superior officer.
