As the Head Of Technology, you are required to spearhead projects and manage client's expectations whilst fostering relationships externally and create good development culture internally as well.What you'll need to succeedAt least 20 years of experience in Software Development or any IT related field.
Degree holder in Computer science, engineering or any related discipline.
Excellent leadership skills with strong communication and decision-making skills.
Deep understanding of Java programming language and well versed in SDLC.
Great passion for the latest technologies, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
