Head of Unit, Enterprise Connectivity SolutionsManaging and mentoring Solution Manager(s) throughout solutions lifecycle management and initiatives.
To drive & execute business strategy for connectivity solutions to deliver business goals (e.g.
revenue).
To manage internal (CDM, CDL, other divisions) and external (clients, MCMC) stakeholders pertaining to enterprise connectivity business.
To explore new product ventures thru new partnership/development/contracting.
To engage with enterprise platform team on roadmap and development of connectivity solutions.
To lead/participate in cross functional initiative with other division (IT/Network/other BU/Division) related to connectivity solutions.
Support and solutions training to other business units (Sales, Pre-Sales, Business Development and etc.).
Develop and implement processes for monitoring, analyzing and governing solution portfolio performance, including KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
People development improving team competencies and upskilling.
ExperienceTechnical background, with experience in enterprise solution design.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to align strategies and solutions with overall business goals and objectives.
Good writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
SkillsHigh effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Adaptable and flexible characteristics with a bias for execution mindset.
Preferred Education/CertificationTelecommunications & Internet Service Providers, 1,001-5,000 employees.
