Job Summary The Head of University Relations,reporting to the Director, Group Strategy & Alliances, plays a vital rolein cultivating and managing strategic partnerships with higher educationinstitutions. This role involvesengaging with universities, introducing ELS solutions, and fostering collaborationsthat enrich the educational landscape and student experiences.
Job Duties Build and Nurture Partnerships · Establish and maintain strong relationships with higher educationinstitutions.
· Develop partnership strategies to enhance collaboration and mutualgrowth.
Showcase ELS LanguageCentres and our partnership model to potential university partners. Articulate the valueproposition of the ELS University Pathway programme.  Manage Existing Relationships Oversee communication andengagement with all existing university partners. Address partner inquiries,concerns, and needs promptly and effectively. Collaborate across ELSdepartments to gather essential information for successful universityrelations.  Plan and Facilitate Meetings
Plan, prepare, andcoordinate meetings with university partners to discuss collaborationopportunities and progress. Collaborate with internalteams to gather relevant information for successful university relations.  Enhance Company Positioning Research and analyseopportunities to enhance ELS's positioning with universities. Propose plans and strategiesto achieve business targets and foster stronger partnerships.  Generating Periodic Reports Create comprehensive reportsdetailing partnership progress, outcomes, and potential areas forimprovement. Provide data-driven insightsto inform decision-making and refine partnership strategies. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education or relatedfield (Master's preferred)
· Minimum 8 years of experience
Requirements: · Demonstrated experience in relationship management, businessdevelopment, or partnership building
· Strong communication skills and presentation skills
· Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growthopportunities
· Proficiency in generating and interpreting reports
· Collaborative team player with the capacity to work acrossdepartments
· 5 days work week
