Job Description Open Position: Head, Operations & Business Strategy (Investment Bank)   One of the reputable Investment Banks is currently hiring for Head, Operations & Business Strategy to lead the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office.
  Key responsibilities include: Holds Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field More than 15 years of experience in the Investment Bank or Financial Service industry with strong involvement in the institutional portfolio and investment risk management Provide leadership direction to the team to ensure tasks and assignments are managed, coordinated, and executed efficiently aligning to the compliance, regulatory and risk management frameworks Able to lead the team to create, redesign, and implement innovative investment strategies, products and processes that meet the overall organisation business goals Sound understanding of investment policies and guidelines to ensure business operated in compliance with prevailing rules and regulations Strong leadership and analytical skills to resolve issues and challenges faced by the team and stakeholders Strategic thinker with outstanding leadership and communication skills   If you are interested, please send your CV to ****** for a confidential discussion.
