Our client is a property developer listed in the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, with a focus on developing self-sustainable townships, prioritising community-based facilities & public amenities that meets the needs of most Malaysian home buyers under the B40 and M40 groups.Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated, high-density property development strategies, guidelines, plans and operations
Manage overall development planning, coordination and control of projects from initiation, planning, execution, control and monitor and completion
Main liaison with regulatory authorities to ensure all contractual and regulatory requirements are complied with
Manage overall launches planning to ensure timely deliverables at the intended and approved value
Responsible for project consultants related matters project planning, design & management, TIA, RSA, SIA, etc.
Plan and manage the timelines, efficiency and other requirements to ensure the companys strategic objectives are achieved.
Job Requirements
Degree in Town Planning / Project Management related discipline
Duly certified by relevant professional body and possesses of MBA is added advantage
At least 15 years of experience of which minimum 5 years in leading development planning department in a Malaysian property developer.
Required knowledge and experience in development approval process fromKM layout to CCCencompassing management of consultants, liaison with relevant authorities, project feasibility, timeline and costs.
Experience withM aster Infrastructure of Townshipis highly preferred.
Knowledge of planning requirements, guidelines and land matters of each state in Malaysia is preferred.
Well-versed in government regulations and laws related to the property development industry in Malaysia
Strong people management experience with good leadership
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Bahasa and other local languages
Remuneration
Up to MYR 25,000 (Based on experience)
