Responsibilities
Contribute to the achievement of the objectives by participating in and developing the strategic planning and day-to-day management of the Sales and Marketing Section.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve set sales, market share, and image objectives.
Meet or exceed budget planned sales and profit objectives within budget expenses and costs.
Develop staff skills and ensure training and improvement plans are in place to meet staff expectations and achieve objectives while ensuring staff cooperation with other departments.
Direct and control the Sales Operations, Product Planning, Marketing Developments, Corporate Sales, and Marketing Communications.
