Financial: Lead and manage the strategic, profitable growth and other key indicators of the business that will meet the Bank's objectives and to meet the needs of key stakeholders. Business and Strategy Execution: Develop and formulate business strategy (long and mid-term strategy and roadmap) that is in line with the Bank's objectives and sustainable growth. Work closely and collaborate with the business leaders in charting and developing the strategic direction. Oversees and spearhead strategic reviews and execution of these strategies. Identify insights from market trends, competitive landscapes, external opportunities, and internal operating context to drive sustainable business growth. Lead process improvements / re-engineering initiatives and projects to enhance productivity. Manage strategic communications, investor relations, marketing and events matters for the business. Risk and Compliance: Lead adherence and compliance to all internal policies/guidelines and external regulatory requirements. Ensure that the BNM / external / internal audit findings /compliance review / Shariah reviews issues are timely addressed and rectified and ensure non-recurring of the same issues. Customers: Develop strategies and oversee initiatives implementation to widen client base, enhance client experience & servicing, and improve clients' profitability / wallet share. Managed internal and external stakeholders' expectations / requirements (e.g. regulator, audit, strategic partners etc.). People Management & Development: Lead, manage and drive a highly competent and motivated teams to provide excellent service quality to stakeholders at all times. Uphold integrity and professionalism in the conduct of business, affairs and activities, including all aspects of Treasury operations and activities. Continuous staff engagement to increase productivity and morale. Groom identified staff for Succession Planning for Head of Division and Head of Desk/ Department. REQUIREMENT Degree in any related discipline such as Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Economics / Actuarial Science / Business Administration. Professional qualification such as ACCA, ICAEW, CFA, CIMA or equivalent. At least 10 years of experience in banking industry specifically in Institutional/Wholesale Banking with at least 5 years in senior role. Good overall knowledge of various banking operations and banking products/instruments, particularly in Institutional/Wholesale Banking Sound understanding of regulatory framework and well-rounded conceptual and analytical understanding of financial markets related to Institutional/Wholesale Banking. #JPKR
