Description Primary Objective: Support the business strategy, vision and mission through the development and implementation of short and long term HR strategy inPerformance ManagementOrganizational DesignCompensation and BenefitsResponsible in inculcating high performance culture through effective performance management framework and competitive salary, rewards and benefits programs.Key Responsibilities: Strategy & PlanningDevelop HR strategies to build a high performing organization through the development / review and implementation of effective performance management framework competitive salary, rewards and benefits programs Oversee the development of equitable compensation and benefits packages integrated with a transparent performance management system.Oversee the creation, development and retention of a performance-driven workforce.Ensure that Group HR policies are updated on an ongoing basis and improvement implemented to ensure its competitiveness.Deliver valued results and to have the ability to create economies of scale for the service offered.Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements Requirements: Bachelor Degree - Any related field(s).
Minimum 10 years of experience in related role within industry and company.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent interpersonal, advocacy and political skills.Strong customer service commitment for internal and external stakeholders.
