We provide residential homes for children and the elderly, hostels, family support services, daycares, tuition centres, a refugee help centre and emergency relief services in times of crisis.- Assist residents with daily activities as per schedule, including dining and bathing, to ensure their comfort and well-being.- Assist residents in mobility between rooms for various activities throughout the day.- Assist residents with personal hygiene, including nail care, to uphold health standards.- Engage residents in exercise and recreational activities to enhance their physical and mental health.- Perform routine tasks as per scheduled, including changing bed sheets and conducting room cleaning activities.- Maintain general cleanliness throughout the facility, including dusting, cleaning lights, and sanitizing wheelchairs.- Ensure a clean and safe environment indoors and outdoors, following sanitation and infection control protocols.- Support kitchen duties by assisting with tasks such as dishwashing and crockery cleaning.- Assist in laundry management, including collecting, folding, and organizing laundered garments.- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Superintendent to contribute to the efficient operation of the centre.**Qualifications**:- Prior experience in a similar role preferred.- Compassionate and patient attitude towards elderly individuals.- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**Other Information**:**DUTY HOURS**Saturdays to Thursdays: 7:45 am 5:45 pm (inclusive 2 hours lunch break and 30min tea break)Day off: FridaysFlexibility in work arrangement is expected based on operation needs.
