About Us: Blue Swan Home Care a specialized house visiting medical service, dedicated to delivering personalized and high-quality Medical and Allied health care. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrator + Receptionist to support our administrative and clinical teams with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accurate records of medical supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate ordering and timely replenishment of supplies, liaising with pharmacies and suppliers.
• Keep detailed logs of equipment usage, maintenance, and availability.
• Follow up with the clinical team on procedures and ensure timely completion of necessary documentation.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of clinical activities and client visits.
• Ensure all administrative tasks adhere to procedural and compliance standards.
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, families, and suppliers, providing assistance with inquiries and directing calls or messages as needed.
• Support the administrative team with various office tasks, contributing to a smooth and organized workplace.
Requirements: • Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with medical inventory or administrative software is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
