Work location: Tanjung Langsat, Johor
Responsibilities: Develop and implement departmental plans that align with the company's overall strategy.Set annual goals and break them down for each section and workshop.Optimize department structure, job roles, and workflows based on organizational needs.Lead system construction, design necessary forms, and ensure effective implementation and supervision.Manage departmental budgeting and control expenses related to operations.Oversee sewage treatment, solid waste management, and waste gas treatment operations.Ensure compliance with environmental procedures and regulations.Prepare annual forecasts and rolling plans for waste disposal operations.Direct maintenance of workshop machinery and standardize management of special equipment.Establish a safe working environment, providing training on environmental management to staff. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in environmental engineering or chemical engineering.Over 8 years in environmental protection.More than 3 years in environmental protection management or related roles.
