Heavy Machinery & Equipment Supervisor

Job ResponsibilitiesPerforming initial and routine inspections of equipment.
Supervising maintenance staff.
Supervises and coordinates employees who operate machines.
Maintains accurate records of inventory, equipment maintenance, and mandatory safety training.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly.
Job RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; a technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
At least 1–3 years of experience in operating and supervising heavy machinery and equipment in the construction industry.
Previous experience in managing equipment teams or overseeing a fleet of heavy machinery.
Experience in preventive maintenance and repair of a variety of construction machinery and vehicles.
