Help Desk Cum Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Provide exceptional customer service by answering help desk queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing office documents.
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
Ensure smooth office operations and support the team as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
