Helpdesk Agent (8 Months Contract)

This positions is contractual and will end on 31 August 2025.
Responsibilities: Answer maintenance requestsLiaise with internal and external stakeholdersInbound and outbound calls, no selling requiredAccurate data entryWork within a fast paced contact centre environment that operates 7 days per week and provides contact centre services to our partners Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishMinimum 2 years customer service experience within a contact centre environment – preferredProven ability to build and maintain customer relationships within a contact centre environmentDriven to succeed and able to achieve and exceed targets/KPIsHigh level of attention to detailIntermediate level of computer literacy and Microsoft Office 2007 - EssentialApplicants must be willing to work in Bangsar.Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Helpdesk Support or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available. The specific times for this role are Monday to Friday, with rotating start times from 8.00am and latest finish time of 10.00pm with rotational weekend work.
