Helpdesk Engineer

Responsibility is to provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization.
You will be the first point of contact for any IT-related issues or inquiries and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems.
You will assist users with login issues, password resets, and access-related queries.
Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting support tickets, prioritizing and escalating issues when necessary, and providing timely updates to users on the status of their requests.
Your goal is to ensure that all technical issues are resolved promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to the organization's operations.
Requirements Knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS) Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support tickets Strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Team will be working from 6 am to 6 pm in shifts – 6 am to 3 pm, 9 am to 6 pm Malaysia time ( 7 days a week – including weekend and public holidays) Candidates who requires Work passes need not apply.
