Minimum 1 year in related field
Manage ticketing systems, troubleshoot issues, conduct risk analysis, maintain firmware, and coordinate with vendors.
Handle second-level support, monitor security statuses, and create technical documentation.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience working autonomously and prioritizing work with minimal input.
Time management and multitasking experience.
Strong knowledge of networking and IP concepts.
Hands-on experience with IT security solutions like Advanced Persistent Threats, Intrusion Prevention, Data Loss Prevention, Web Proxy, Email Gateway, Privileged Identity Management, Endpoint Detection and Response, etc.
Well versed in Bahasa Melayu and English.
