Job DescriptionCandidates may need to work on public holidays & shift roster (0800-2200). Immediate availability would be an advantage.
ResponsibilitiesPerform system and job monitoring.
Provide technical support services to internal users & external customers.
Responsible for system health checks.
Handle hotline, service desk services, and problem escalation.
Provide technical and operational support to internal IT systems.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Prepare routine reports and documents for the supported IT service.
Job RequirementsIT support or relevant experience (less experience and fresh graduates will be considered).
Diploma/degree holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline.
Basic PC troubleshooting skills would be an advantage.
Good computer knowledge, communication skills, and telephone manner.
Good command of English and Chinese.
Willing to work on public holidays & shift roster (0800-2200).
