Helpdesk Support, Japanese Speaker

Job Responsibilities
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to the company's products.
Creating and handling all tickets pertaining to customer cases and following up closely until the case is resolved.
Working closely with Sales and Level 2 support team members for client contracts expiration and further technical assistance.
Exceeding customer expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Managing license issues and provisions to customers.
Conducting periodic maintenance announcements.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Able to communicate strongly in English.
Able to communicate in basic Japanese.
Must be energetic, positive-minded, and a good team player.
Able to work 3 days a week, 12-hour shifts.
