Helpdesk Support (Johor Bahru)

Job Responsibilities:
The experience involving in software support for office or customer.
The employee should be able to maintain computer systems and networks.
To be able to troubleshoot, install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools.
Follow and maintain technical Standard of Procedure to ensure efficient planning and execution.
To be involved in Software Testing and Quality Assurance of the company and report to management for analytical purposes.
Able to solve problems/issues and reduce the number of issues/system errors.
Need to monitor and provide support to the users.
Site visiting for system installation and configuration whenever required.
