The Team Lead will be involved in designing and building solutions for enterprise applications for our overseas clients.

The Ideal Profile For Team LeadManage and deliver projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution.
Primary focus on designing and building solutions for enterprise applications.
Handle complicated programming logic and deliver quality work within the timeline.
Write clean, secure, and high-standard PHP code using Laravel.
Train, develop, and assist the team with technical challenges.
Perform code reviews and deployment.
Prepare technical documentation.
Follow the organization's best practices and adhere to coding standards in all phases of the development lifecycle.
Job RequirementsMinimum 5 years of work experience in handling business web applications.
Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks like Laravel and CodeIgniter.
Prior knowledge or ability to quickly adapt to MSSQL Database Server.
Knowledge in RESTful web API services.
Good understanding of web application scalability and performance.
Knowledge and experience in managing a small team.
Good knowledge of version control tools (Bitbucket or GIT) and coding standards.
Location:Candidates are preferred to work from the Trichy office; however, exceptions will be made for selected individuals on a case-by-case basis.
