Job Role and Responsibilities:The Warehouse Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the organizational strategy, practices, and processes to ensure the company maintains a world-class logistics organization. This role oversees efficient logistic solutions within budget, customer billing, financial reconciliation, and good warehousing practices. The Logistics Manager will ensure compliance with EHS, 5S, warehousing security policy, and international standards while driving productivity, cost reduction strategies, and overall customer satisfaction.Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Develop organizational strategy, practices, processes and key performance indicators that will provide the company with a world-class logistics organization.Efficient logistic solutions within budget to achieve targeted objectives.Customer Billing and AR Follow up, Financial Reconciliation.Ensure good warehousing practices to follow FIFO in dispatches, avoiding accumulation of old stock.Ensure EHS, 5S and warehousing security policy compliance.Upgrade good warehousing practices to align with international standards.Design or implement processes that support warehousing strategies, productivity measurement, new business opportunities, or cost reduction strategies.Develop procedures for coordination with other functional areas, dealer distributor, Sales team, marketing, finance, CSD, or quality assurance.Frame the process and policies of 3PL.Ensure KPIs for all team members.Ensure adherence to statutory & legal compliances.Select transportation routes to maximize economy by combining shipments or consolidating warehousing and distribution.Provide timely feedback to the sales team regarding their queries.Map with WMS & Warehouse in managing inventory, stock levels, and storage techniques.Prepare the warehouse operation SOP for smooth operation in the warehouse.Ensure the team follows the PI process for stock accuracy, RCA, and CAPA.Analyze inventories to determine how to increase inventory turns, reduce waste, or optimize customer service.Deal with GST authority and customer-related issues of E-way bill, short supply, transit damage, transit insurance, and claim process.Lead load optimization, route planning, and multi-delivery model implementation.Track Rs./Kg. cost Vs. Budget and against last year and drive reduction.Work with sales functions to drive overall customer satisfaction in a cost-efficient manner.Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR).Ensure OTIF delivery by tracking system communication with the customer until material is delivered to the customer premise.Join Us:
