Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with potential and existing customers via emails and online community involvement.
Gather market trends and customer information to promote hosting solutions to prospects.
New business leads penetration & business opportunity evaluation.
Actively acquire new customers and new sales.
Increase the yield per client.
Prepare quotations competently.
Process new orders proficiently.
Initiate and conduct outbound calls to qualify clients' interest.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
At least 12 years of working experience in a sales environment, preferably in a proactive telemarketing role within the IT industry.
Applicants must be willing to work in Suntech @ Penang Cybercity.
Must be target-oriented, self-starter, and aggressive in achieving defined targets.
Creative thinking outside the box.
Excellent telephone skills.
Comfortable making cold/warm calls and establishing client relationships via phone.
Excellent written and verbal skills, including listening, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Malay, and Chinese.
Able to start work on short notice; immediate availability is an advantage.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales Corporate or equivalent.
