Working Hour:9AM - 6PM (Monday - Friday)
Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
Develop creative ideas and communication objectives according to management's requirements and transform them into innovative concepts and designs in a professional and timely manner.
Prioritize and work well under pressure with good time management skills.
Help determine and implement the visual component of brand strategy.
Establish good relationships with other team members in developing and presenting designs.
Manage, guide, and motivate the team as a team leader.
Conceptualize and lead the team to independently produce visuals/artwork.
Develop, create, or edit visuals, photos, videos, and interactive elements for social media, websites, and online/digital ads.
Work closely with the project marketing team.
Contribute to branding identity development, graphic & advertising design, and refine creative concepts for the company's marketing strategies and initiatives.
Job RequirementsRequirements:
Candidates must possess a Degree, Advanced/Higher Graduate in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Languages: English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (to liaise with associates).
Required skills: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & other major software for graphic design.
Premiere Pro & After Effects for video editing will be an extra point for this role.
Strong ability to demonstrate creative and strong ideas and concepts for branding and marketing.
Experience in the Property Industry would be an added advantage.
