?? Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily property management operations to ensure tenant satisfaction.
Handle tenant check-ins, check-outs, and contract renewals.
Market available units to maximize occupancy rates.
Address tenant inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive relations.
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and liaise with contractors.
