RESPONSIBILITIES:
?ADDRESSING INQUIRIES AND RESOLVING ISSUES RELATED TO COMPANY SERVICES, WHICH MAY INVOLVE HANDLING INBOUND CALLS, EMAILS, AND LIVE CHAT SUPPORT.
?ASSISTING WITH THE MANAGEMENT OF CLIENT AND APPLICANT DATA, ENSURING ACCURACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY.
?COORDINATING WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE THAT CUSTOMER NEEDS ARE MET EFFICIENTLY AND EFFECTIVELY.
?PREPARING AND PROCESSING NECESSARY DOCUMENTATION RELATED TO CUSTOMER INTERACTIONS AND SERVICE DELIVERY.
?IDENTIFYING AND RESOLVING CUSTOMER PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS, ESCALATING ISSUES WHEN NECESSARY.
?GATHERING AND REPORTING CUSTOMER FEEDBACK TO HELP IMPROVE SERVICE QUALITY.
