Job Responsibilities: Lead teams in Corporate Secretarial department to ensure good corporate governance, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements; build and maintain relationships with clients, auditors, lawyers, investment bankers, regulators. Prepares resolutions, advises on company secretarial matters, strategizes and implements initiatives that enhance company's services and reputation to clients, manage department in order to plan and lead team members, keep abreast of regulations and build and develop talents within the department in order to achieve the company's goals.Ensure statutory records are properly maintained, statutory returns are lodged correctly and on time in accordance with the Companies Act 2016 are complied.Responsible for statutory forms, returns and notices are required by the Co. Act 2016, Bursa Listing requirements and other relevant legislation.Ensure filing of AFS with SSM and submission of periodic reports to Bursa Malaysia in accordance with their requirementsResponsible for circular resolutions, and minutes of Board, Committees and general meetingsAble to advise and guide clients in order to comply with Co Act 2016, Bursa Malaysia Listing requirements and also the team members.Knowledge of Co. Act 2016, Bursa Listing Requirements, Sustainability Reporting, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environment Social Governance (ESG) Job Requirements: Minimum 10 to 15 years experience in practice either in management company or plus public listed company.Degree in ICSA or qualified to register as a Company SecretaryMember or affiliate of MAICSA Working Location:
