Location:**Malaysia**- Department: Commercial- Location: Malaysia- Team and Role Introduction:- Homepage operations plays one of key Traffic drivers for new and ongoing businesses, and as an independent player, the incumbent will be responsible to achieve Lazada's Homepage strategy to finetune overall efficiency, to drive adoption for Homepage core modules, and govern/manage several Homepage's assets.**Responsibilities**:- As part of Guided Sales Team, Homepage Operations (Singapore), this role provides excellent exposure to both platform operations and commercial topics. You will be responsible to achieve homepage strategy and utilization to drive platform traffic and conversion.- Coordinate and drive end-to-end Homepage projects.- Act as a governance gatekeeper to set up/improve operational processes, guidelines and best practices on related topics- Work in close collaboration with cross functional teams and regional teams to support the business strategy and improve operations efficiency- Support new roll out of homepage modules and tools.- Spearhead development of self-service reporting solutions- Support A/B end-to-end testing wherever necessary This role's main touchpoints include:- Categories- User Growth- Campaigns- Regional Business & Product This role is located in Malaysia and reports to the Head of Guided Sales in Singapore.**Job Requirements**- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in e-commerce, analytics, operations or related fields- Skilled at working with cross functional groups & manage stakeholders- Detailed-oriented and good communication skills with willingness to work & learn in a fast-moving environment- Comfortable in an environment of continuous change, pressure and ambiguity- Passion for e-commerce business- Bachelor's degree or aboveRequirements/Qualifications(good to have):- Demonstrated data driven approach to draw insights and influence decisions. Excel skill is a must. Ability to write SQL queries is a plus.
