Business Administrationrelated diploma or degree.
Good understanding and sense forinterior styling .
Able to read/write/speakMandarinfor communication with China suppliers.
Full-time and last year internship accepted.
Own transport is a plus.
Common sense and realistic approach.
Scope of Work:
Coordinate with Interior Designers to assist in product purchasing and provide administrative support.
Understanding of interior design invoicing process.
Knowledge of interior design vendors.
Sourcing and procurement.
Handling project-related documentation and applications.
Assist with tracking and ordering shipments.
Finalization of project documentation and filing.
Liaise withAccountantsfor invoice filling.
