The ideal candidates for the Hospitality - Leasing Executive that is based at Johor Bahru are expected to:
Assist the Leasing HOD in executing the leasing plan and strategy; besides the business development activities (such as growing the client base and building relationships with existing and potential clients).
Generate and provide insightful timely reports and papers pertaining to Retail/Real Properties market.
Partner with internal and external parties for the Hospitality - Retail & Malls development plan.
Have at least 3 years of working experience in leasing, especially in mall leasing, key account management, partner development, and project management.
Be KPI and partner success-oriented.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Have an analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
