Job Responsibilities:
Greet patrons, and if needed, confirm reservations, take reservations, and track occupancy chart for space.
Answer phone calls and give basic information on reservations, availability, restaurant hours, and services.
Keep track of the waiting list and open tables.
Assign tables to guests depending on party size, waiter/waitress availability.
Accurately quote wait times to patrons.
Assist with other service staff side work and opening and closing duties.
Help out with other positions in the restaurant as needed.

El Cerdo KL, The Whisky Bar KL, The Steakhouse KL, Dining in The Dark KL, Old Shanghai KL, Kopitiam at Changkat KL, and Cielo KL were conceptualized and wholly owned by us.

Note:This is a non-halal business.
Currently, we have 9 restaurants and bars, all located at Changkat Bukit Bintang and Taman Tun Dr. Ismail.
