We'relooking for a friendly and organized Host/Hostess to join our team!If you enjoy making guests feel welcome and ensuring theyhave a great dining experience, we'd love to hear from you. Your Responsibilities: • Greet customers warmly as theyarrive and make them feel comfortable. • Manage the seatingchart, assign tables, and seat guests promptly. • Handle reservations by phone,online, or in person, and manage any special requests. • Answer guest questions about themenu or services and ensure they have a positive experience. • Keep the entranceand waiting areas clean and organized; manage waitlists when necessary. • Work closely withservers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth serviceflow. • Process payments and update paymentstatuses as needed. • Inform guests about daily specials,promotions, or upcoming events. • Monitor the flowof guests to ensure tables are efficiently used and wait times are minimized. • Gather feedbackfrom guests to improve our service. • Assist in takingfood and beverage orders from guests when needed. • Explain menu items and beverageoptions to guests. What We're Looking For: • Minimum SPM. • Friendly andwell-groomed appearance, maintaining the highest standard ofcleanliness. • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. • Ability to anticipate guest needsand provide excellent customer service. • Fluent in English,Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (both spoken and written). • Positive and enthusiasticpersonality with a natural ability to diffuse tension. • Strong knowledge of customer servicepractices. • Ability to stay calm under pressurein a busy environment.
