Hotel Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security departments.Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality service delivery.Monitor financial performance and budgets to optimize revenue, minimize expenses, and achieve profitability targets.Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate department managers and staff to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute strategies for guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and cost control.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, and implement measures to mitigate risks and liabilities.Conduct regular inspections of facilities and guest rooms to maintain cleanliness, functionality, and attractiveness.Address guest feedback, complaints, and concerns promptly and effectively, and implement corrective actions as needed.Foster positive relationships with guests, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to enhance the hotel's reputation and brand image.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
