Hotel Operation Manager

Job Description: Conduct ongoing training programs to ensure all staff are well-versed in proper procedures and policies.Collaborate with the General Manager to review resort operations and discuss improvement plans.Arrange staff schedules and coordinate with departments like housekeeping and security to ensure smooth operations.Work closely with all Heads of Departments (HODs) to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.Track occupancy and room rates to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance Resort brand awareness and boost revenue.Coordinate with front office staff to ensure guest requests are promptly and properly addressed.
