There are 3 key areas to cover:-
1. Sales Opportunities (Hotel Kiosk & Hotel Housekeeping)
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through online, cold calling, and networking;Presentation and system demo to clients and answer the inquiries;Optimize digital content to maintain online brand presence, drive new acquisition, retention, lead gen etc;
2. Hotel Kiosk
In charge with functions related to Hotel Kiosk, from onboarding to support;Hotel Kiosk activation: Assist client with setup processes including Property Management System set-up, payment set-up and troubleshooting;Hotel Kiosk training schedule: Arrange the traning schedule between hotelier and supplier;Hotel Kiosk support: Develop the support process for hoteliers, including providing basic support and acting as point of escalation.
3. Hotel Operation
Assist Frontdesk team in Alor SetarHousekeeping with housekeeperHotel Sales Analaysis MUST HAVE Diploma in Sales, Marketing or equivalentMin. of 1 year working experience in hotel front desk similar roleMust be proficient in general computer knowledgeCan communicate in English and BahasaDetail oriented and time management skills.You are legally allowed to work in Malaysia, holding a valid work permit for the country (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).
