Responsibilities: Direct and lead the day-to-day hotel operations.Maximized guest satisfaction.Develop hotel's overall performance (Optimize Revenue / Sales & Marketing strategies).Requirements: Relevant experience in similar role.Proven leadership abilities, hotel management skills with experience of budgets, P&L's and forecasting.Strong understanding of hotel operations practices.Position open to Malaysians only.Applicants must be willing to work in Johor / Melaka.
