Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in the vibrant city of Georgetown, Penang? Look no further! Broadway Budget Hotel is seeking a Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to join our team on a PERMANENT FULL TIME basis. As a key member of our team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Open positions: FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE / RECEPTIONIST Key Responsibilities: Greeting guests as they arrive and checking them inResponding to guest inquiries and providing information about the hotel and its servicesHandling online bookings through platforms such as Booking.com and TravelokaHandling cash and credit card transactionsManaging room inventory and reservations Requirements: Malaysian citizen, residing in Penang18 years old and aboveMinimum qualification of SPMCollege students who need to earn extra income are encouraged to applyExperience managing online bookings such as Booking.com / Traveloka will be an added advantagePreferred Tamil-speaking male due to staff rotationGood communication skills in English and Bahasa MalaysiaAble to work on public holidays and rotational shifts, with hours ranging between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM.Friendly, humble, polite, and presentable with a smile. Working Hours:

Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday or Sunday: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Additional working hours may be available
