4. Guest Services and Satisfaction
Respond to special guest requests regarding housekeeping services, such as extra linens or cleaning services.
Address guest complaints related to cleanliness and hygiene standards promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with the front desk and maintenance teams to prioritize room assignments and address issues affecting guest satisfaction.
6. Operational Efficiency
Coordinate with other departments to streamline housekeeping operations, such as maintenance for room repairs and front desk for room readiness.
Monitor time taken for room turnovers, seeking ways to improve efficiency without compromising quality.
Ensure all housekeeping equipment is maintained in good condition and arrange repairs when necessary.
7. Reporting and Documentation
Prepare daily reports on housekeeping activities, room occupancy, and any issues encountered during shifts.

Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to relevant departments or management.
