Housekeeping Assistant - AEON Mall Metro PrimaCandidate must be able to read and write, be physically fit, and be able to work on a shift basis and on public holidays.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Control all work processes and contribute to good management of P&L.
Inventory control of non-merchandise items, stationeries, and printing forms. Perform ordering to replenish insufficient stock.
Manage and ensure good condition of assets, equipment, and systems.
Monitor the appointed contractor in carrying out the assigned job.
Conduct the opening and closing of the mall. Check daily reports and propose countermeasures.
Manage mall key movement. Keep a proper record of handover/takeover of specific keys.
Monitor and maintain mall cleanliness. Liaise with the cleaning contractor, waste collector, pest controller, and audit expected results.
Monitor and manage the condition of public facilities in terms of functionality, arrangement, and cleanliness.
Ensure all licenses are safely kept, strictly controlled, and ready for inspection by authorities. Responsible for the application of new licenses.
Coordinate with HQ Admin on procedures for claiming insurance, service contracts, and online purchases.
Liaise with FMD staff on any maintenance issues.
Assist the Promotion department in preparing materials for promotion and exhibitions.
Other tasks assigned by respective superiors.
