To be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
Make beds, change linens, and replenish guest room amenities.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and tubs.
Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean windows and mirrors.
Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and tissues.
Report any maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns to the appropriate department.
Respond to guest requests for additional amenities or services in a timely and friendly manner.
Follow all health and safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas to prevent accidents or injuries.
