**Duties and Responsibilities****(i) Housekeeping**- **Housekeeping cleaning**:- Perform daily cleaning (**normal cleaning**) and (**deep cleaning)** tasks following Operational Manual Book and checklist to ensure the cleanliness of karaoke rooms, common areas, toilet and facilities overall.- **Quality Control**:- Handle and manage the Housekeeping & Maintenance tools, supplies and equipment in good condition.- Address any quality issues promptly to Direct Superior.- **Inventory Management**:- Manage usage of inventory levels of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other consumables based on monthly fixed usage.- Request orders for supplies to Direct Superior as needed and maintain accurate records.- **Safety Compliance**:- Perform cleaning duties based on safety guidelines following Operational Manual Book.- Report and address any safety hazards promptly.**(ii) Maintenance**- **Maintenance tasks**:- Perform daily maintenance checking tasks following Operational Manual Book.- Prepare karaoke rooms for incoming guests by ensuring all equipment, audio-visual systems and furniture are in working order.- Notify Direct Superior immediately of any property damages, faulty equipment or necessary repairs.- Examine and test equipment, components and for defects to ensure proper functioning for all asset company.- General maintenance, example: lighting point and socket maintenance, air conditioning, scrapper and etc.- Perform basic maintenance repairs on assets.- **Quality Control**:- Handle and manage the maintenance supplies and equipment.- Address any quality issues promptly to Direct Superior.**3. Inventory Management**:- Monitor inventory levels and request to order supplies as needed.- Monitor and control maintenance supplies costs by minimizing waste and optimizing usage.- Monitor equipment stocks in Store Room such as disco light, amplifier and speaker as well as all electrical parts.- **Facilities (Rooms / common areas/ Store Room) cleanliness**:- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards (normal cleaning and deep cleaning) as stated in Operation Manual Book.**Any ad hoc tasks required by Direct Superior.**Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Experience**:- Housekeeping: 1 year (required)Application Deadline: 05/31/2024Expected Start Date: 05/06/2024
