Housekeeping Supervisor

To maintain a high standard of cleanliness and set-ups to the standards as required by the company at the rooms or any other areas as assigned.- To ensure proper handling and usage of chemical is practiced at all times as well as to equip self with adequate knowledge of chemical handling.- To ensure that the refuse disposal procedures are adhered to as per the standard required by the company.- To ensure that any entry into the guest rooms or other areas as assigned as per the standards required by the company.- To assist the Department Head in directing and maintaining the Housekeeping Department in accordance with the policies, standard and guidelines established by the Company.- To supervise and ensure that all discarded items such as linen, furniture or any other items/assets of the Company are discarded as per the standard required by the Company.- To check and counter sign all daily reports of the Housekeeping Associates assigned to him / her and to make sure that all their reports are back in the office by end of their shift.- To assign rooms/block or areas to the Housekeeping Associates for assignments.Hostel provided.Meal provided.Walking distance from hostel to resort.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Pangkor: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)Application Question(s):**Education**:- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)**Experience**:- Housekeeping Operations: 3 years (preferred)- Chemical Handling: 1 year (preferred)- Room Maid: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)- English (preferred)
