Housekeeping Supervisor

Job RequirementsPossess minimum SPM or certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in Housekeeping operations
Excellent knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal
Must be able to work on shift rotation, weekends, and public holidays
ResponsibilitiesAssist Executive Housekeeper in scheduling and distributing daily assignments to assigned staff
Assist in directing Housekeeping Attendants in preparing rooms and public areas as needed to meet schedule
Supervise and inspect cleaning of guestrooms and public areas to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained in accordance with expected standards
Conduct training and guide Housekeeping Attendants on the correct procedure for room and public area cleaning, product knowledge, and how to improve performance
Handle guest complaints and missing or damaged items in guestrooms
Maintain stock inventories and ensure sufficient stock of cleaning and guest supplies are available
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management
