Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervision and Staff Management
Assign daily tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff.
Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Train new employees on housekeeping procedures, safety protocols, and standards.
Ensure proper staffing levels to meet operational needs.
Quality Assurance
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities.
Ensure all cleaning tasks meet established standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Address guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly.
Inventory and Supplies
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment.
Place orders for supplies as needed, ensuring cost efficiency.
Ensure the proper use and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
Compliance and Safety
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.
Conduct safety training sessions for staff as needed.
Maintain records related to cleaning schedules, inventory, and inspections.
Collaboration and Communication
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Front Office, Maintenance) to address guest requests or facility issues.
Communicate effectively with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and share updates with the management team.
