Overseeing the daily activities of the room attendants.

Training new employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and hotel policies.
Providing ongoing training and development for existing staff.
Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Assisting in managing inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
Placing orders and ensuring proper stock levels are maintained.
Managing lost and found items, ensuring they are logged, stored securely, and returned to guests when claimed.
