The Events Curator is responsible for recommending, contracting, and producing entertainment, events, and exhibits for the property.They work with all departments to oversee operational, financial, promotional, and communication aspects.The Events Curator also produces financial information and analyzes costs for events.

Responsibilities
• Recommend, contract, and produce entertainment, events, and exhibits for the property• Oversee operational, financial, promotional, and communication aspects of events• Supervise consultants, vendors, suppliers, and contractors for project goals• Produce financial information and analyze costs for events• Lead event documentation and coordination with resort departments and collaborators• Drive revenue through a comprehensive Event Calendar• Monitor operational aspects of projects and manage performance of contractors• Prepare business plans for promotions/events• Identify revenue opportunities and potential collaborators• Ensure all events meet resort standards and guidelines
Requirements
• University degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related professional area• 5-6 years experience in event curation, preferably in a resort or hotel setting• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to identify suitable collaborations and market trends• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment• Familiarity with event management software and tools• Strong focus on driving revenue through events• Knowledge of industry trends• Ability to create and maintain a calendar of events
