Hr & Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities: Handle HR administrative works such as payroll include statutory contribution, maintaining attendance, annual leave, staff claims & etc).Prepare and monitor monthly closing, P&L Statement, reporting and financial analysis and accurately.Perform balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation.Assisting with account payable and account receivable,processing cash flow,invoices and expense reports.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, and other statutory bodies/authorities on internal and external matters and ensure compliance with all statutory and tax requirements.Maintaining financial records and documentation.Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, MandarinAt least 3 to 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Knowledge in Autocount Software would be added advantageAble to work independently and communicate well at all levels.Chinese onlyAble to start work with short noticeWorking location: Taman Seri Austin,Johor Bahru
