Hr Account Executive

Assist in the full spectrum of the HR functions (training & development, etc)Assist in recruitment ,payroll administrative, compensation and benefits.- Prepare accounting/ sales reports to Top Management for review.- Perform daily account transaction, invoices and related documents.- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are posted up to date.- Assist in yearly financial audit.- Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly.- Manage office cleanliness, maintenance, vendors and any administrative duties as assigned- Coordinate and order from vendors on office printed stationeries and stationeries- Any other duties as assigned by the manager.**Requirements**:- Degree/ Diploma holder in HR/Account.- Min 3 years HR and Admin experience- Excellent command in Mandarin, Bahasa Malay and English (speaking and writing).- Integrity, conscientious, responsible and discipline.- Team player, motivated, independent and communicative.- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.- Strong knowledge in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation**Salary**: RM1,994.96 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Account/ HR: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (required)Application Deadline: 06/22/2023
