HRResponsibilities: Recruitmentand Onboarding: -Managing job postings, screening resumes, and conductinginterviews. -Coordinating and facilitating new employee orientation andonboarding. 2.Employee Relations: -Addressing employee grievances and resolving workplaceconflicts. -Ensuring compliance with labor laws and companypolicies. 3.Performance Management: -Assisting in performance appraisal processes and setting upperformance improvement plans. -Conducting training needs analysis and arranging trainingprograms. 4.Compensation and Benefits: -Administering employee benefits programs -Processing payroll and ensuring accurate calculation of salariesand deductions. 5.Compliance and Documentation: -Maintaining employee records and updating personnelfiles. -Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations(Employment Act of 1955). 6.HR Administration: -Managing leave requests, attendance records, and employeecontracts. -Preparing HR-related reports and documents. -Any ad-hoc task as per assigned. AccountingResponsibilities: FinancialRecord Keeping: -Maintaining accurate financial records andledgers. -Handling accounts payable and receivable, including processinginvoices and payments. 2.Tax Compliance: -Preparing and filing tax returns and ensuring compliance with taxregulations. -Handling GST/SST matters and maintaining taxrecords. The Requirements of therole: Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relatedfield.Min3 years of experience in HRManagement, wellverse in Employment Act.Experiencein Accounting Receivable &Payable asan added advantageExcellentproblem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a data-drivenapproach.Detail-orientedmindset with a focus on accuracy andefficiency.Provenability to adapt to change, manage multiple priorities, and workunder pressure.Willingtravel to KL office ifrequired.
