Job Description:As a multi-faceted company specializing in FandB and Marketing Consultancy and others, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our administrative and human resource functions. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, contributing to the overall success and cohesion of our businesses. Responsibilities:Human Resource Management and Office Admin:Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.Manage employee records, attendance, and leave administration.Coordinate training programs and facilitate employee development initiatives.Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements.Administrative Support:Provide executive assistance to the management team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.Handle general office administration tasks, such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.Assist in the coordination of events and employee engagement activities.Secretarial Duties:Act as the point of contact between management and internal/external stakeholders.Manage communication, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence.Prepare reports, and other documentation as required.  [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-hoffnungs-sdn-bhd-job-hr-admin-assistant-cum-secretary]
Requirements:Proven experience in HR administration and secretarial roles.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Independently and posseses good follow up skills.
